Hours of operations

Opens daily to the public:

Opens 30 minutes before dawn (Fajr) .
Closes 1 hour after Fajr.
Opens 30 minutes before Thuhr (noon).
Closes 20 minutes after Isha'a (supper).
Opens 1 hour before Jumaa (Friday).

Masjid AS-Salam is located at the heart of Jersey City, in Journal Square, and is always ready to serve the Muslim community.

Masjid AS-Salam is organized, and will be operated, exclusively for religious, social, cultural, educational, and charitable purposes to serve the Muslim community.

NOTE: The time for Friday shows the start of the Khutba (speech) not the prayer. The prayer normally starts around 1:55 PM.
