Hours of operations
Opens daily to the public: 
  • Opens 30 minutes before dawn (Fajr) .
  • Closes 1 hour after Fajr.
  • Opens 30 minutes before Thuhr (noon).
  • Closes 30 minutes after Isha'a (supper).
  • Opens 1 hour before Jumaa (Friday).

Masjid AS-Salam is located at the heart of Jersey City, Journal Square, to serve the community

Masjid AS-Salam is organized, and will be operated, exclusively for religious, social, cultural, educational, and charitable purposes to serve the community.

NOTE: the time for Friday shows the start of the Khutba (speech) not the prayer. The prayer normally starts around 1:55 PM.
